・These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to approximately 1100°C until it is red-hot, then rapidly crushing the cross-section into an elliptical shape with a force of about 1 ton. Applying strong pressure to the heated steel creates pegs with excellent strength. ・Regular round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but the elliptical pegs provide good penetration even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and fix firmly without spinning. ・The direction of the rope pull is designed with a thicker material for superior strength and resistance. ・The areas where the rope makes contact are trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by burrs, with meticulous attention to detail. ・Are you tired of struggling to find pegs placed on grass or gravel? We intentionally added color to address this issue. They feature a cationic electrodeposition coating with a powder coating for excellent rust resistance. The overall length of 184mm is a convenient size for inner tents and leisure sheets.
