Kakyō's Commitment:
1. The reason Kakyō's Kitakata Ramen is loved is the deliciousness of the special noodles. The secret to the fresh, chewy, and smooth noodles lies in high-quality wheat flour. We blend two types of flour with "Tsugamine Keiryū," selected as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters, flowing from Mt. Iide, and age it carefully.
2. The clear, golden broth, rich in flavor from chicken and pork bones, is light yet full-bodied, allowing you to enjoy it to the last drop. The strong presence of soy sauce and the delicate balance of dashi have made countless customers exclaim, "Delicious!" This bowl has been loved for many years and is a source of pride.
3. The quality of the meat, the secret miso seasoning, and the careful production method have all been perfected without compromise. By carefully removing the unique smell of pork and marinating it for a long time without boiling, we ensure the flavor penetrates deeply, resulting in tender and juicy char siu. Enjoy authentic homemade char siu like you would at a ramen shop in the comfort of your home.
