Timing Belt Upper and Lower Dust Cover Cap for Renault Dacia Kangoo Megane Scenic Twingo MK2 Logan Symbol Thalia Duster Sandero MK1 Modus with 1.5 dCi Diesel Engine K9K 8200653631
This part is designed to protect the timing belt mechanism from dust, debris, and mechanical damage. It is predominantly used in vehicles with highly popular 1.5 dCi diesel engine (engine code K9K).
Material: Typically made of high-durability plastic or composite material capable of withstanding high engine bay temperatures.
Function: It seals the timing belt area. A cracked or missing cover can expose the timing belt to road grime or oil leaks, which risks premature belt failure and catastrophic engine damage.
