AE type angle connectors belong to a group of connectors that allow the transfer of most load combinations in typical wooden structures in combination with concrete.

AE angles in combination with concrete achieve very high load-bearing capacities, also thanks to the use of thick US40/40/10G washers.

Application and method of installation

• Connections of rafters with wall plate or concrete ring beam.

• Connections of wooden columns with beams or concrete.

• All other structural elements where high load-bearing capacity of the connection is necessary.

1. Simple assembly

The connector has been designed to be intuitive and quick to install, which significantly reduces work time and makes it ideal for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

2. Strong and durable connections

Thanks to the use of high-quality steel (S250GD steel) and the Sendzimir hot-dip galvanizing process, the connector ensures exceptional strength and durability of connections in a variety of wooden structures.

3. High load-bearing capacity

The connector has excellent load-bearing capacity parameters that have been statically calculated, ensuring the safety and stability of the constructed elements, which is crucial in load-bearing structures and garden architecture.

4. Usage class 2

Characterized by material moisture corresponding to a temperature of 20°C and a relative humidity of the surrounding air exceeding 85% only for a few weeks a year (e.g. open sheds or unheated attics)

This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for the materials, geometry, strength, stiffness, and durability (i.e., corrosion protection) of joints used in load-bearing timber structures.

The products we offer are characterized by the highest quality and can be safely used in construction. We make every effort to ensure that the products supplied to our contractors are safe and suitable for specific tasks.
