I ordered an electric motor GRS 550VC L21V , CD MOTOR CCW , a I received a different incorrect RS550-6032-75 , DC21V. Shipment 520123015125024005888174. Customer: Pawlak Ryszard, 51-250 Wrocław ul. Pawłowicka 120 , Poland

Motor does not fit in the bearing, guide too big, drive gear too short. See photo. Motor was also stuck and running hard. Had to be turned loose by hand, kind regards Ulrich Lang

Product arrived on time. Tested, works perfectly. It complies with what was stated. Very satisfied.

The motor does not fit for chainsaw. Gear has the wrong diameter.

Everything arrived fine, the motor is working, I had to change the gear (14 teeth, but the size is larger), I put the right one in, everything works well.

It works, but it doesn’t fit because the 14-teeth sprocket is larger in diameter by about 2 mm

Six 14 teeth, but the diameter is larger, did not fit, rearranged his six.

The gear does not fit, although the number of teeth matches.

Not suitable for saws. Gear and power.
