The parcel arrived in Ukraine intact, packed normally, not damaged. I ordered two relays...for myself and my daughter. But the relay does not meet expectations. Both relays came without any documents or wiring diagrams. The electricians refuse to connect them... because such it cannot be. There must be some documents, passports, description, diagrams, guarantees. The manufacturer invests and guarantees something. At least in some language. Therefore, I want to return these two relays to you and return the money for them.

I received the relay, but it does not meet my expectations. I cannot use it. There are no documents for it, no passport, no connection diagram. Nothing at all.... Only one relay is packed in a package. I called two electricians, they refused to connect... they said that it is some very cheap consumer goods, and they do not take responsibility for its work. I want to send it back and get my money back .

Everything arrived intact and works, I ordered it for myself earlier and it works, now I ordered it for a friend.

The product was not packed in a box, there is a crack in the case. I don't know how it will work.
