Growing instructions

Preparing the sugar water mixture :

Use bottled mineral water to minimize the presence of chlorine. Add an apple or lemon syrup without preservatives (10 % of the water volume). Shake the mycelium tube well, then mix it at a rate of 10 ml per liter of sweetened water.

Development of mycelium :

Place the mixture in a dark room at a stable temperature of at least 20°C. Let the mycelium develop for 4 to 5 days. The mixture will become cloudy and start to show filaments.

Substrate inoculation :

Mix the mycelium with a pre-moistened substrate. Keep the substrate in a temperature-controlled room (14-20°C), protected from light. Ensure constant humidity to promote mushroom development.

Growth cycle :

The first mushrooms will appear approximately 3 to 4 weeks after inoculation. Harvest the mushrooms at the perfect point and tailored to their development, about 10 days after their appearance.
