Olympia is an important music hall that can be said to be the cathedral of the post-war Parisian music scene. The first Portuguese to perform there was Amalia, who had just hit the insertion song “Dark Barge” from the French film “Love with a Past.” This is a stage for a French audience listening to Nama Fado for the first time.
